Absolutely not! We want to be fair to all of our customers and understand how easy it is to get lost in time. We charge on the half hour and give a 10 minute grace period in each increment with a 30 minute minimum.
No way! Our tools are here for the convenience of our customers. If you have your own tools and would prefer to use them, bring them on in!
Not at all. Although it is recommended to make an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. Our suggestion, however, is to call ahead to make sure there is a bay free.
Yes we do. We offer daily rates for our bays that average out to about a 15-18% discount over our hourly rate. Either way, we will give you the lowest price, hourly or daily.
You sure can. However, we usually recommend to our customers that unless you plan to work 8 hours a day each day, it might be cheaper to rent by the hour or by the day.
Yes, there will be a $25 cancellation fee for appointment no shows. Please give us a heads up if you are not able to make your appointment. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, without calling to let us know you are running late, you may forfeit your scheduled time.
Please observe the following rules in the shop:
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Safety glasses required
- Fluid spills must be cleaned up immediately
- No smoking
- Only authorized personnel may operate lifts
- No firearms
- Any and all shop tools must be wiped off and returned to their assigned location
- Shop is not responsible for damage to your property or personal injury
- Report any broken tools or machines immediately to office
- Respect each other’s space
Failure to follow these rules may result in denial of service.
If you have your own safety glasses please feel free to bring them.
